Shipping Policy

Delivery and Shipment of Product(s)

The delivery of the product(s) by the website will be made only after receiving payment confirmation from the credit card company and/or PayPal account, meaning the product has been paid for as detailed above. The product will be delivered to the address entered and/or provided by the customer when placing the order in the online form.

The website commits to delivering the goods within the delivery time frame to the requested destination and will do its best to ensure that the product arrives quickly.

The website management will make every effort to deliver the products promptly, and the products will be delivered within 14 business days from the date of receipt and confirmation of the order if sent by registered mail, and up to 5 business days if sent by courier to the order address.

The product delivery times include the calculation of business days only (Sunday to Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays).

Shipments provided by the shipping company on behalf of the website management will be in accordance with the terms of the shipping company, the shipping company’s distribution areas, and prior coordination with the order recipient.

If the shipping company cannot complete the delivery to the shipping address for any reason, the website management will notify the customer and seek an alternative solution that satisfies both parties.

In cases where the products are delivered by Israeli shipping companies (Tapuz) to the shipping address provided by the customer when placing the order, the products will be sent according to the delivery times of Israel Post, and cannot be controlled or monitored by the website management and/or suppliers.

The delivery times mentioned on the website and above do not apply to products that are out of stock on the website or at the relevant supplier.

Shipments are carried out by a courier company, which will transport the products. The terms of the courier company will apply to the customer.

Shipping Fees

In addition to the price of the ordered products, a shipping fee will be charged to the customer. The amount of the shipping fee will appear at the end of the ordering process, according to the shipping method chosen by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

The shipping fee will be paid along with the payment for the product. In cases of installment sales via credit card and/or PayPal account, the website is allowed to charge the shipping fee with the first payment.

The website will not be responsible for any delays and/or postponements in delivery and/or non-delivery of the products due to one of the following reasons:

  • Force majeure, including, without limitation, war, military operation, emergency operation, and/or natural disasters, and/or events beyond the website’s control, such as general strikes or lockouts and/or by service or goods suppliers required for product production, supply, or transportation.
  • Any reason beyond the website and/or the company’s control.
  • A reason related to the courier service.

The indicated delivery times include only the calculation of business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays).

The customer must notify the website immediately if the product is not delivered within the delivery period specified on the website. In such a case, the new delivery time will be calculated from the day a new appointment is coordinated.

It is necessary to provide accurate and up-to-date information. In the event that products are returned to the company due to incorrect details, the customer will bear the costs of shipping and handling.

Cancellation of Purchase by the Customer

The customer may cancel the transaction in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and the regulations issued under it. Without prejudice to the aforementioned:

The customer will not be allowed to cancel the transaction when purchasing certain items as detailed in Section 14C(D) of the Consumer Protection Law.

The cancellation of the transaction by the customer is subject to the condition that the product is returned, as far as possible, in its original packaging and unused.

After receiving the cancellation notice, the amount paid by the customer for the product will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee (the shipping fees are not part of the product price and will therefore be deducted separately from the refund) at a rate of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. In the case of cancellation due to a defect or non-compliance, the customer will not be charged any cancellation fees. Additional provisions of the Consumer Protection Law regarding the cancellation of a purchase by the customer, including the obligation to return the product, will also apply.

Cancellation of Purchase by the Company

The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, for any reason and at any time, to cancel or terminate a transaction and/or sale and/or cancel an order, in whole or in part, and/or suspend the operation of the website, in whole or in part.

Notice of such cancellation or termination will be given to the user or customer, and the company will refrain from charging the customer’s credit card or refund any amount paid for the products, as applicable.

Except for the refund of the transaction amount as mentioned, the user or customer will not have any claim, demand, and/or complaint against the company and/or the supplier regarding the cancellation of the transaction as mentioned in this section.

If it is discovered that a product is out of stock, the website may cancel the order or offer an equivalent alternative item. In the event of such an order cancellation, the website will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damage caused to the customer or a third party, including, but not limited to, damage due to purchasing the item from a third party at a higher price.
